Brengman Brothers | Taste of Summer Series

The event is centered around three delicious food items that our Chefs will create without any coordination with the wine team. Each event will feature two wine experts choosing one wine for each food course. Two different glasses of wines will be served for each course. The attendees will score the wines on how well they pair with the dish and will be blind to the expert’s picks. The expert with the most points wins the opportunity to pick the wines in the next round in two weeks agains a new guest expert. At the end of the series, we will crown the winner of the “Best Wine Person to Pair” on the planet!

"Beach Comber Poke Bowl"

Tuna poke bowl, soy marinade, sesame cucumber, compressed watermelon, mango, edamame, sticky rice, nori, spicy mayo

"Skim Board Sliders"

Char-sui bahn mi sliders (Char-sui beef short ribs, pate, pickled black radish, garlic scape chimichurri, shaved napa cabbage w/nuoc cham spritz, house mini-baguette),  miso-lime braised bok choy,  cherry citrus salad.

"Deserted Island Dessert"

House made creamy Piña colda ice cream, grilled pineapple ribs soaked in Brengman Bourbon.

*Please note:  for this event date, we can make an entire portion gluten free if they request so at time of reservation.

Wines that’ll be paired for this event to be choosen by Delaney and Evan- our best from the Tasting Room-side

New wines will be released during this series and, as what we offer at wine dinners, all wines served will be available by the bottle and/or case at discounted pricing.
