GRAPES: 100% Michigan-grown Chambourcin
TASTING NOTES: NOSE: Aromas of vanilla, clove, allspice and wood with a faint whiff of fresh veggies. PALATE: Flavors of orange peel and vanilla yield to chocolate tones, all underpinned by a backbone of astringent bitter herbs. Finishes sweet with a hint of oak though balanced with touch of bitterness.
DETAILS: Sweetened with maple syrup from here on the Leelanau Peninsula. Herbs and spices from around the world were carefully chosen for this blend. Enjoy as an aperitif on the rocks with a twist or blended as a cocktail with your favorite spirit.
