GRAPE: 100% Michigan-grown Vidal Blanc

TASTING NOTES NOSE: An exploration of 14 herbs, roots, fruits, spices and tree resins. PALATE:  Notes of sweet herbs, black tea and grapefruit unwind on the palate underpinned by the bitterness given by gentian and four other ingredients. 

DETAILS: Made by infusing grape brandy with a proprietary mix of plants of which many were foraged from Leelanau Peninsula forests such as juniper berries, autumn olives, rose hips, sumac and wild raspberry leaves. Its bright ruby color comes from organic Egyptian hibiscus. Enjoy this neat, chilled, or accented with citrus zest.
