Chef Loghan Call of Planted Cuisine is excited to be back at Brengman for a special evening in his signature dinner experience style. Expect multiple plated courses of seasonal cuisine coming from our local farms with a blend of global influences while being plant-forward. Each menu Loghan creates is original and unique to the moment in time it takes place. Having collaborated with Robert and the Brengman team on multiple dinners over the years, these experiences are tailored to showcase Brengman wines and the agricultural bounty of our region.
The evening will feature a couple of light bites during appetizer & cocktail hour, followed by four plated courses with wine pairings. Non-Alcoholic options will be provided by Audacia Elixirs.
