About the event
On Friday evening, May 3, we begin the St Vincent celebration with a wine dinner with guest Chef Joe Bologna. We call it a “consecration of the belly” that’ll be filled with a bounty from the chefs’ famous recipes. This is the premier wine dinner of the year where you can experience a rare library wine paired with an exceptional dish together with the main course paired with two half galsses - the Right Bank and Left Bank wines. No place on Earth will be offering a food and wine expereince at this level unless maybe at a Michelin three-star and sure to spend 3x more (at least).
