About the event
Premier Wine Dinner with Chef Joe Bologna. It is a custom at Brengman to bring in the Boss for very special celebrations and the Brengman Family Fall Release Wine Dinner is one of those beanchmark event. The cellar team has always wanted to rest the new bottled wines for a minimum of six months before releasing to the public. With our proper bottle aging release program in sync with the Fall season wine club allocation, having a premier wine dinner is the way to go. Expect much discussion and education about the process of the wines and foods during the courses from the cellar team and chefs. We expect to hear some of you say “could you speak up a little please? or another way of saying it in Italian - Puö parlare piü forte, per favore?
