A brand new wine and food experience is taking place on every other Wednesday throughout the Summer beginning June 7th at the Winery.

About the event
The event is centered around three delicious food items that our Chefs will create without any coordination with the wine team. Each event will feature two wine experts choosing one wine for each food course. Two different glasses of wines will be served for each course. The attendees will score the wines on how well they pair with the dish and will be blind to the expert’s picks. The expert with the most points wins the opportunity to pick the wines in the next round in two weeks agains a new guest expert. At the end of the series, we will crown the winner of the “Best Wine Person to Pair” on the planet!
New wines will be released during this series and, as what we offer at wine dinners, all wines served will be available by the bottle and/or case at discounted pricing.
Summer Series - Week 1 - June 7th
Course 1 - Salad
Shoots, melon, mozzarella pearls, beet foam, beetroot tulie, watermelon radish, honey thyme
Course 2 - Smorgasbord
Hooks 20yr Cheddar, pork pistachio terrine, pickled asparagus, pickled rhubarb, house mustard,
caramelized onion and fennel jam, honey-brushed grissini, sun dried tomato focaccia, seasonal
Course 3 - “Deconstructed” Cheesecake
Dark chocolate shortbread, cheesecake filling, strawberry mousse, coconut flake/snow, lime
gelee, candied lime zest
